I’ve felt so flat the last few days.
I’ve fought the urge to binge but I haven’t made smart choices food-wise and I’ve eaten over weight loss calories every day.
Don’t think I’ll weigh in tomorrow and just try to focus on next week.
It’s so frustrating, it really does feel like a 2 steps forward, 1 step back scenario. It’s really disheartening.
I’d love it if some of you wonderful people could remind me that its worth it and that slow is better than nothing at all.
Slow is best. Research PROVES that people who lose weight slowly keep it off way better than those who lose it too fast. You’ll be fine, we all have setbacks… chin up and remember you are amazing and beautiful!
